About the position

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the sales team at Semper Laser LLC, responsible for overseeing facility operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive leader who can develop the team, resolve issues, and implement strategies to enhance client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Control and supervise the daily operation of the facility and make decisions.
  • Foster a guest-focused team environment, driving volume and client loyalty.
  • Clearly communicate daily and monthly goals, contests, and performance expectations to all team members.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase monthly revenue and ensure the team meets daily sales goals.
  • Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by handling client inquiries and resolving service complaints.
  • Perform front desk responsibilities for a minimum of 26 hours per week.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures as defined by the Medical Director.
  • Conduct sales consultations while promoting additional packages and educating clients on Laser Hair Removal.
  • Support team commitment through conflict resolution and recognizing individual contributions.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Participate in company on-site events to market services to the community.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team members according to company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and a soothing ambiance of the premises.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to identify value adds for guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing, sales management roles, particularly within the industry.
  • Proven experience and success in sales and team leadership.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and reach new client quotas and sales goals.
  • High level of enthusiasm, confidence, motivation, and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
