About the position

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development. The role involves hiring, training, motivating, and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals. The Sales Manager will spend significant time in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts, supported by a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
• Hire, train, and motivate Sales Representatives.
• Develop new business customer accounts.
• Achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Spend time in the field with Sales Representatives.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales management experience.
• 2-5 years' outside sales experience.
• New business-to-business account development experience.
• Industrial sales experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
