About The Position
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the sales office under the direction of the Branch Manager. This role includes managing office staff, training new Sales Associates, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring the office operates productively. The Sales Manager also acts as a liaison between the Branch Office and Corporate Headquarters and conducts sales meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
