About the position

The Sales Manager at Sunique Cabinets is responsible for driving business growth in both new and existing markets while leading a team of sales representatives. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The position requires a deep understanding of the company's products and industry trends to make informed business decisions and expand market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and establish new business relationships.
