About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, manage inventory, supervise employees, provide training, and foster relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Set schedules, vacations, and motivate the sales team.
  • Maintain new/used inventory including wholesales.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base and enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role.
  • At least 2 years of Automotive Management Experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
  • Proficient in negotiating deals and closing deals.
  • Proven track record of successful selling.
  • Valid driver's license & able to be licensed with MVA for sales license.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
