About the position

Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for their Shops at La Cantera location in San Antonio, Texas. This role is crucial for driving sales and creating extraordinary client experiences while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Store Director and will play a key role in contributing to the growth of the market, with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales professionals to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Create extraordinary client experiences through exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships using the internal CRM program.
• Network within the community to promote brand and company awareness.
• Oversee training and development of team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail management experience, specifically in high-end jewelry or timepieces.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in setting and achieving sales goals at both store and individual levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
• Dedication to ongoing training and development in a collaborative environment.
