Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close agreements with customers.
  • Process renewal payments and manage customer accounts.
  • Maintain showroom floors by physically handling merchandise.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Set sales goals and implement marketing strategies to drive new business.
  • Assist the General Manager with various operational functions.
  • Help with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team.
  • Aptitude for marketing to effectively promote products and services.
  • Desire to make a positive difference for customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
  • Valid state Driver's License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail sales or management.
