About the position

The Marketing & Growth Manager at Arona Home Essentials is responsible for acquiring and maintaining customer relationships, processing payments, and managing customer information. This role emphasizes strong sales skills and excellent interpersonal communication, ensuring a professional and organized environment for customer interactions. The position also involves assisting customers on the showroom floor and maintaining the appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customer relationships.
• Accept and process current customer payments.
• Process order forms and references.
• Input customer information into the store computer for new lease agreements.
• Update customer information and account status in the store's computer system.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately.
• File and maintain customer folders and records.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Direct customer opportunities to the Sales Manager as it relates to sales and service.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter.
• Assist in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising, and pricing.
• Maintain regular mailing campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills for daily customer contact.
• Professional appearance and good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong sales skills in both showroom and telephone settings.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record) and a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual is a MUST!
• Experience in sales is preferred.
