The Sales & Marketing Campaign Manager at Modementum is a full-time role focused on driving sales and enhancing brand value for AT&T through direct customer engagement and strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers at retail locations to represent AT&T and promote its products and service offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create a memorable brand experience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Implement strategic marketing campaigns that effectively introduce new products and promotions to the audience.
  • Drive sales targets by effectively demonstrating product benefits and value to potential customers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and implement feedback to enhance campaign performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with AT&T products and service offerings, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Proactively solve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Cultivate relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth operation and effective collaboration during campaigns.
  • Track daily sales results and report to management on goals and progress.
  • Embody the brand's core values and represent AT&T in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Transition into leadership roles, guiding and motivating peers to achieve team and company sales goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Dedication to meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to team success.
  • Professional demeanor, dressed accordingly for a customer-facing role, reflecting AT&T's branding and professional standards.
