About the position

Trump International Hotel & Tower New York is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who embodies genuine passion, drive, and enthusiasm to never settle. This role is pivotal in servicing all groups and handling various sales and marketing tasks within the office, while also providing essential support to the property Sales Team. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a range of duties that ensure the smooth operation of sales and marketing functions at the hotel. The position involves answering phones and assisting with inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts for both group and transient accounts, and servicing all aspects of each group after the contract is signed. The coordinator will also coordinate functions and events held at the hotel under the guidance of the Sales Manager, provide information to telephone inquiries, assist with site visits, and manage VIP amenities and requests. Additionally, the role includes completing all office supply orders for the sales and executive office and assisting with the preparation of travel for the Sales Team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Strategy and the Director of Sales & Marketing, working closely with the entire Sales Team to ensure that all sales and marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Prior luxury hotel experience is a plus
