Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment Co., LLC is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography, graphic arts, and design software, and will be responsible for producing marketing content and distributing it across various platforms, including web pages and specific campaigns. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will also support the sales team with the CRM platform, assist in trade shows, and coordinate events and campaigns. In terms of content creation and management, the coordinator will produce marketing materials such as sales flyers and brochures, develop and coordinate company artwork, and maintain a photo library. They will also be responsible for the content development and maintenance of the company’s web and social media pages, as well as creating marketing-related presentations. The role includes leading and supporting targeted marketing and sales campaigns, assisting with product launches, and managing Salesforce processes. The coordinator will conduct training for Dejana users on Salesforce, manage lead generation, and maintain customer records to ensure clean integration with the ERP system. Additionally, they will coordinate trade shows and events, manage the marketing budget, and conduct market research to identify sales opportunities. The position requires minimal travel and may include other duties as assigned.
