Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and cultivate referral partner relationships.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits to referral partners and maintain strong connections to promote our services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Present and explain our services to potential referral partners and clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless intake and onboarding of new clients.
• Track and report sales activities and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to effectively position our services in the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or assisted living industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the healthcare community; in Nashville is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet with referral partners.
• Proficiency with online marketing tools, communications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
