About the position

The Product Marketing Manager for the Transport business unit at AMCS is responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to develop a unified Go-to-Market strategy, enhancing the visibility of AMCS's Performance Sustainability solutions, and creating impactful marketing materials to support lead generation and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Be the product Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales for the Transport business unit.
  • Drive marketing messaging and positioning across all motions and deliver an effective Go-To-Market plan, executing in the market through direct customer engagement.
  • Develop succinct and effective sales materials including pitch decks, demos, and training to facilitate understanding of the solution portfolio.
  • Define and build repeatable, high-quality content including sales plays and competitive programs to support marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to gain insights into the industry and products.
  • Deliver comprehensive market positioning and messaging for each solution, including value propositions and competitive differentiators.
  • Work closely with sales enablement to equip the sales team with appropriate messaging and talk tracks.
  • Support market research methodologies and integrate findings into product marketing content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to inform strategic positioning.
  • Craft compelling marketing collateral across various channels, including online and offline marketing.
  • Develop customer-facing presentations that effectively communicate differentiated messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to capitalize on product launches and new releases.
  • Promote new brand and Performance Sustainability messaging throughout the Transport solution suite.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to evolve marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Transport Logistics, Sustainability, and/or Environmental Services.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B technology company.
  • Proven ability to deliver full market positioning and messaging for solutions, including value propositions and competitive differentiators.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive attitude and energetic approach to work.
  • Experience working with high-performing product management teams.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet demanding timelines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
