The Sales/Marketing Specialist at Refrigeration Gaskets of Texas is responsible for enhancing the company's sales and marketing efforts. This role requires an experienced professional who can engage in market research, lead generation, and maintain customer relationships to meet monthly sales targets. The position emphasizes both inside and outside sales activities, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce improvements.
Responsibilities
- Engage in market research and lead generation by cold calling.
- Coordinate and improve inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with old and new customers.
- Send emails to customers and follow up with them.
- Arrange meetings with prospective customers.
- Meet the monthly sales target.
- Improve and maintain a good standard of the marketing unit, including digital marketing.
- Responsible for coordinating and improving the online sales channels (e-commerce).
Requirements
- Four years of experience in outside and inside sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in cold calling and email prospecting.
- Ability to generate leads and conduct research.
Nice-to-haves
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Sales experience of at least one year (preferred).
- Driver's license (preferred).
