This position offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to gain valuable industry experience while working in a sales and customer support role. The role is designed to prepare and train individuals to become Licensed Insurance Sales Agents. The company provides paid classroom and hands-on training to assist trainees in obtaining their State Property/Casualty and Life and Health Licenses. As part of the training, individuals will assist customers, engage in marketing activities, and support all office functions under the direct guidance of an Agent or Lead Sales Agent. Once licensed, the individual will be responsible for the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by marketing and servicing Direct Auto products, which include Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance, to both new and existing customers. The role also involves assisting walk-in customers, supporting office operations, and marketing products outside of the office through marketing calls and visits. Additionally, the individual will monitor key competitors in the local market area and provide suggestions on initiatives that could enhance Direct Auto's position in the marketplace, along with handling sales administration and reporting activities.
