About the position

Maid Brigade of Northwest Houston is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales/Office Manager to handle inside sales, customer service, and management duties in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing daily office activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to cleaning teams. The position offers job security and growth opportunities within a rapidly growing franchise location.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales and customer service calls.
  • Manage day-to-day office activities including scheduling and monitoring cleaning teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist maids with inquiries and support as needed.
  • Enter client information accurately while communicating over the phone.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in sales, management, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 45 WPM.
  • Good computer skills and ability to multitask.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and data entry.
