Garity Advantage is seeking a Sales Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team in Norwell, MA. This entry-level position is pivotal in enhancing our Customer Service Team's capabilities as we continue to grow in the insurance marketing sector, particularly focusing on Medicare products. The Sales Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating the contracting, certification, and sales onboarding processes for our agents. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a good sense of humor, contributing positively to our team culture. In this role, you will work closely with agents and healthcare carriers, ensuring that all onboarding processes are completed successfully. You will assist agents with inquiries regarding the contracting and certification process, maintain specific procedures for various healthcare carriers, and update our CRM database with accurate contracting and certification data. Your responsibilities will also include tracking the status of submitted contracts, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the Garity Sales team in onboarding new agents and agencies. As part of your role, you will help improve processes to accommodate our growth and scalability, ensuring agents progress smoothly from their introduction to their first sale. This position is not just about managing processes; it’s about building relationships and supporting our agents in their journey with Garity Advantage. You will be a key player in our mission to provide top-notch service and support to our agents, helping them succeed in their roles and ultimately benefiting the clients they serve.

Responsibilities

  • Assist agents with questions regarding the contracting and certification process
  • Outreach to agents regarding contract status and offers help to ensure completion
  • Maintain specific contracting and certification procedures for many Healthcare Carriers
  • Update and maintain contracting and certification agent CRM data base
  • Track status of submitted contracting and troubleshoot
  • Review and update Carriers contracting and certification reports
  • Support the Garity Sales team in onboarding new Agent/Agencies
  • Help improve process for continued growth and scalability
  • Support agent progress from introduction to first sale
