About the position

The Sales Onboarding Enablement Specialist at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for designing and delivering a streamlined onboarding program for new hires in AWS Sales roles. This role is crucial in ensuring that new employees are well-prepared for their positions, which directly impacts their satisfaction and productivity. The specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences and continuously optimize the onboarding process based on feedback and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver an exceptional, streamlined onboarding program that consistently prepares new hires for success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with field productivity teams, learning & development, HR, and other stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements and translate them into an engaging learning experience.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding curriculum, including training content, job aids, and other resources to enable new hires.
  • Measure onboarding effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, and continuously optimize the program based on insights.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all things related to onboarding, providing guidance and support to new hires as well as hiring managers.
  • Document onboarding processes and standardize them globally to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with leadership and report on program impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
