The Onboarding Specialist is an entry-level role at Cision US Inc. that serves as the primary point of contact for new distribution members and manages an existing territory of accounts. The Onboarding Specialist will also be expected to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhere to call quality guidelines, demonstrating a strong understanding of Cision's products and services across various lines. Collaboration with other divisions and subject matter experts is essential to develop integrated strategic packages and solutions that meet client needs.
