About the position

Our client, a rapidly growing beauty company, is seeking a Sales Operation Coordinator to support their sales operations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless coordination and communication between various departments, particularly with Marketing and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as the Sales Operation Coordinator will be responsible for managing various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process. In this position, you will be involved in retailer data input and maintaining data accuracy, which includes setting up new items in retailer portals and discontinuing items as necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining retailers' data, including pricing and logistical information, and managing the submission of all retailer item setup forms. Ensuring internal sales data accuracy is another key responsibility, along with updating retail sales trackers and gathering and formatting weekly and monthly sales reports to share with the team. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Ops Manager to implement relevant sales data in Tableau, which includes store sales, inventory reports, and competitive data. Supporting the Key Account Managers will also be part of your role, which involves distributing agendas, recaps, reminders, and follow-ups for monthly Marketing and Sales meetings. You will also be responsible for communicating with other departments regarding new store openings and closings, ensuring that all relevant information is shared effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Retailer data input and maintain data accuracy
  • Set up new items in retailer's portals / discontinue items
  • Maintain retailers' data (price, logistical data, etc.)
  • Manage submission of all retailer's item set up forms
  • Responsible for internal sales data accuracy
  • Update retail sales trackers
  • Gather and format weekly/monthly sales reports and share to the team
  • Share sales data with GmbH to integrate into Tableau
  • Work with Sales Ops Manager to implement relevant sales data in Tableau: store sales, inventory reports, competitive data
  • Support the Key Account Managers
  • Responsible for agenda distribution, recaps, reminders/follow up for monthly Marketing and Sales meeting
  • Responsible for new store openings and closings, communicate with other departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields preferred
  • A minimum of 0-2 years' experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in beauty or CPG industry with retailer planning experience
  • Proficient in all of Microsoft Office/Suite (Intermediary level in Excel)
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent communication and social skills
