About the position

The Sales Operation Coordinator at PepsiCo plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the Colorado Springs Distribution Center. This position is classified as L03 and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with the potential for up to 10% travel and occasional weekend work as business needs dictate. The primary responsibility of the DC Service Specialist is to ensure that the system is set up correctly and that the processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance. As the subject matter expert for technical systems, the Specialist will ensure that all systems are configured properly to meet operational needs. Collaboration and communication are key components of this role, as the Specialist will work closely with other roles within the Distribution Centers and the Region to drive service results. Utilizing available tools and reports, the Specialist will analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. This proactive approach includes investigating invoice adjustments to determine root causes and taking accountability for all service metrics. The role requires a disciplined and organized approach to issue resolution, with the ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment and make quick trade-off decisions. The expected compensation for this position ranges from $42,000 to $67,000, depending on various factors such as location, job-related skills, and experience. Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper system set-up and that run right processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance at the Colorado Springs Distribution Center.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for technical systems and ensure all systems are set up properly.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other roles in the Distribution Centers and Region to drive service results.
  • Leverage available tools and reports to understand performance and identify opportunities at the Distribution Center.
  • Investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause and take accountability for all service metrics.

Requirements

  • High comfort level with Warehouse Management Systems and computer work.
  • Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge.
  • Understanding of dashboard reporting tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort in receiving/providing feedback to others.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make trade-off decisions quickly.
  • Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively.
