Your responsibilities will also encompass managing the Claims Post Audit process in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable team, leading accounts receivable reconciliations, and ensuring product compliance on the Amazon site. You will oversee promotional execution processes and conduct daily site reviews to identify and rectify pricing issues. Furthermore, you will manage administrative tasks in support of the sales team, ensure inventory levels align with sales forecasts, and coordinate new product launches across various categories and teams, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness. A significant aspect of your role will involve managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with key Amazon contacts to optimize traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance in alignment with company KPIs.
