About the position

At Boston Scientific, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our AFS Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst II. This role is pivotal within our fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include reporting, analytics, operations, and process improvements. As a key contact for the Sales Operations team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the department and contribute to the overall AFS strategy through your insights and contributions. In this position, you will collaborate directly with the Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics, providing effective support to the field sales team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. You will be tasked with completing ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support the Field Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional partners. Additionally, you will develop and maintain various reports, including new product launch dashboards and forecast modeling, often utilizing multiple data sources. Your role will also involve partnering on special projects as needed, identifying and leading initiatives for process improvements, and executing and documenting various Sales Operations and Program processes. Participation in all team functions and initiatives is essential, as you will actively support a positive and collaborative team culture. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics.
  • Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support the Field Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and maintain reports, including new product launch dashboards, forecast modeling, and others, often utilizing multiple data sources.
  • Partner on special projects as needed.
  • Identify and lead initiatives for improving processes.
  • Execute and document various Sales Operations and Program processes as required.
  • Participate in all team functions and initiatives, actively supporting a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and experience in Tableau, Salesforce, and database management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
