About the position

This position is an associate level role at Inspire Medical Systems, which is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) through innovative medical devices. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong skills in communications, collaboration, project management, and problem-solving. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide support to system users and to participate in the ongoing design and implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) and data systems for the Field Sales and related departments. This position will require interfacing with various functional areas within Inspire as well as external vendors to achieve objectives in line with applicable policies and procedures. Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential traits for this role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to monitor and respond to the Dynamics support mailbox, addressing questions and issues that arise from daily system use. You will contribute to the vision for Inspire's Dynamics application and assist in developing and maintaining both short and long-range project plans for the Dynamics CRM application and other related data sources. Collaboration across functions will be key as you vet ideas, prioritize projects, and design solutions to maximize the impact of the Dynamics CRM. As a subject matter expert in Dynamics CRM and other Sales & Marketing tools, you will provide support and guidance to both field and internal users. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining training content for system users and contributing to the knowledge base of system functionality. Your role will also involve ensuring the effective integration of multiple sources of healthcare professional and patient information, enabling a comprehensive understanding of customers and patients. This understanding will facilitate management action and business insights. You will conduct analyses of existing data to identify patterns, aid in data quality, and support business cases for implementing solutions to prevent future issues while addressing existing ones. Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for the systems in use will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities, as will evaluating third-party applications for appropriate sales and marketing functions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to Dynamics support mailbox consisting of questions and issues arising from daily use of the system
  • Contribute to the vision for Inspire's Dynamics application
  • Assist in developing/maintaining a short and long-range project plan for Inspire's Dynamics CRM application and other related data sources and applications
  • Work cross-functionally to vet ideas, prioritize projects and design solutions to maximize the impact of Dynamics CRM
  • Be a subject matter expert in Dynamics CRM and other Sales & Marketing tools providing support and guidance to field users and internal users
  • Creation and maintenance of training content for system users
  • Contribute to growing knowledge base of system functionality
  • Ensure effective integration of multiple sources of health care professional and patient information to enable a world class understanding of customers and patients
  • Conduct appropriate analysis of existing data to help identify patterns, aid in data quality and support business cases implementing solutions to prevent future issues while fixing existing issues
  • Manage several internal and external relationships for the systems we are utilizing
  • Evaluate third-party applications for appropriate sales and marketing functions as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience with sales operations or business analyst experience
  • Must display a high level of critical thinking to weigh alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with the business strategy
  • Work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities
  • Multiple years of direct use and project management experience with a customer relationship management application such as MS Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
  • Multiple years of experience with MS office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas and systems
  • Demonstrated skill in the areas of building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Strong aptitude for achieving successful outcomes: intelligent, tenacious, objective oriented
  • Must be tough and determined
  • Continuously curious and investigative by nature
