About the position
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Datasite, you will be integral to driving sales success through data-driven insights and strategic planning. This role involves supporting the strategic development, planning, and reporting of sales information while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and analyze sales performance. Your contributions will significantly impact the company's global growth in the M&A software sector.
Responsibilities
- Leverage internal and external data sources to inform sales strategies, identify trends, and recommend initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance across regions to uncover insights, develop analytical frameworks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce Lightning to support sales operations and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and enablement teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with analytics, marketing, inside sales, and sales teams to align on objectives, KPIs, and initiatives.
- Proactively identify and drive operational improvements to support sales growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Salesforce).
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Lightning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for sales operations and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
