About the position

The Americas Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven Sales Operations Analyst for the FSI (Financial Services) division. We operate with a startup mentality, build mechanisms that scale, and innovate solutions on behalf of our customers. Our team is responsible for supporting the rapidly growing FSI business, from Sales Leaders to Solutions Architects and everything in between. We are obsessed with delivering results for customers and supporting sales organizations to shape the direction of the business. We are a diverse, innovative team that loves translating data, insights, and anecdotes into action. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with the Field Sales Operations team to play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy of this team. You will leverage strong data extraction skills to drive worldwide reporting deliverables, create ad hoc financial and sales performance analysis, support business planning, and implement operational and process improvements. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across multiple geographies. Successful members of this team collaborate effectively to solve data and operational problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high operational standards. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, sales and marketing expertise, and be very comfortable diving deep into data. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up their sleeves.” This position works with several stakeholders supporting the extended FSI organization, such as Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, and the Partner team. The candidate for this role must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as across other geographies.
