About the position

The Sales Operations Analyst role at Icario focuses on optimizing revenue growth and improving operational efficiency within a fast-growing healthcare organization. The position involves utilizing strong analytical skills and financial modeling to develop and maintain financial models, conduct in-depth analyses of client data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance revenue growth and client satisfaction. The analyst will report directly to the Revenue Operations Manager and play a key role in driving meaningful change through financial insights.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation and optimization of revenue-related systems and tools
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Develop and maintain revenue-related financial models to forecast revenue growth, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Conduct financial analyses of client data to identify key trends and insights that inform revenue strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and monitor revenue operations processes and strategies that optimize revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing data from various sources and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain revenue-related reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the Revenue Operations Team in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, or related field
  • Working experience with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation systems such as HubSpot
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data sets and offer recommendations for business improvements
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends
  • Familiarity with project management tools
