In this position, the Sales Operations Analyst will engage in various responsibilities that include collaborating with internal teams such as sales, product engineering, finance, credit, factories, and warehouses to effectively communicate customer requirements. The analyst will also liaise with external partners throughout the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. A key aspect of the role is to determine the best methods to achieve customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies, which requires a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures. The role also involves significant reporting responsibilities, including researching and reconciling chargeback deductions, validating program documentation, and submitting credits for processing. The analyst will work closely with channel partners, sales, and service teams to gather any missing end-user or serial number data necessary for proper billing and entitlement processing. Additionally, the analyst will maintain master tracking files, coordinate stock balance returns processing, and run monthly audit reports to gather supporting documentation for finance approval. Overall, this position is integral to the operational success of Panasonic Connect, ensuring that processes are streamlined and customer needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order-to-cash cycle including order management, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales, product engineering, finance, credit, factories, and warehouses to communicate customer requirements.
  • Communicate with external partners throughout the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Determine the best method to achieve customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Recommend and implement ideas for improvement to achieve work efficiencies.
  • Research and reconcile chargeback deductions, validate program documentation, and submit credits for processing.
  • Work with channel partners, sales, and service to obtain missing end user/serial number data for billing and entitlement processing.
  • Maintain master tracking files and distribute to appropriate customers.
  • Run and coordinate stock balance returns processing.
  • Run monthly audit reports and gather supporting documentation for finance approval.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree in business or finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/administrative management support.
  • Prior front line business experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems - SFDC and SAP.
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
