About the position

The Sales Operations Analyst at Imprivata plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the CRO function within the Sales Operations team. This position is highly visible and focuses on driving strategic initiatives for the sales organization by transforming ambiguous problems into actionable solutions. The analyst will engage in data analytics, bookings forecasting, pipeline analysis, and collaboration with sales leadership to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly forecast calls and collect top deal data to assist management in assessing risk and upside in deals and overall forecast.
  • Provide analysis on Sales KPIs including forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, and bookings linearity.
  • Support the Services organization with bookings forecast, discounting, and attach analysis.
  • Focus on data and modeling to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide insights on sales trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proactively monitor and drive system cleanup efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Operations.
  • Experience working with large complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
