About the position

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by analyzing data, developing key performance indicators, and managing reports and dashboards. This position is focused on driving effective sales growth through data-driven insights and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and summarize key data points to empower the sales team.
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators for various sales programs and initiatives.
  • Identify actionable metrics about product and inventory levels to support sales development.
  • Develop presentations that analyze sales and inventory levels to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Implement and manage reports and dashboards to ensure sales team members have access to key data.
  • Work with internal IT teams to identify system enhancements for easier data updates.
  • Manage daily business activities of assigned accounts, including order entry and scheduling of shipments.
  • Ensure timely shipment of all orders and back orders.
  • Obtain product and technical knowledge through training and self-study.
  • Enter orders accurately and respond to customer requests for quotations in a timely manner.
  • Initiate and resolve disputes involving orders with the Product Assurance department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations and analysis.
