The Sales Operations Analyst at Fortive Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and management through comprehensive business analysis. In this position, the analyst will be responsible for integrating sales data from multiple sources, conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. They will maintain regular reporting schedules, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept informed of performance metrics. The analyst will also work with cross-functional teams to establish common metrics and scorecards that align with key business objectives. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in various information systems, including Salesforce and Power BI, to support business requirements effectively. The Sales Operations Analyst must possess strong multitasking abilities and work independently while managing various projects and responsibilities as assigned. This position is integral to the success of the sales operations team and contributes significantly to the overall goals of Fortive Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business analysis to field sales, sales management, and cross-functional departments using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Integrate sales data from multiple sources and perform deep dive analyses to highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and dashboards, distributing reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional team members to establish common metrics and scorecards in support of key business objectives.
  • Aggregate market share data to perform various types of business analysis.
  • Utilize information systems like Salesforce and Power BI to support business requirements.
  • Support Sr. SalesForce Administrator with necessary functions.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and work independently on various projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant working experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
  • Interest in analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to efficiently analyze large amounts of data.
  • Proven ability to collaborate on a team and work autonomously as a self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, highly organized, detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
