About the position

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role within the GTM, Sales Operations team at Imprivata, focusing on driving strategic initiatives that support the growth of the CRO function. This hybrid position is based in Waltham, MA, and involves transforming ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions through data analytics, forecasting, and collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly forecast calls and collect top deal data to assist management in assessing risk and opportunities.
  • Analyze Sales KPIs including forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, and bookings linearity.
  • Support the Services organization with bookings forecasting, discounting, and attach analysis.
  • Focus on data and modeling to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide insights on sales trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proactively monitor and drive system cleanup efforts to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Operations.
  • Experience working with large complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
