The Sales Operations Analyst will design, develop, and optimize customer-specific analytics and insights to enable and accelerate revenue growth through all channels: customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer expansion. This position will also design, develop, and optimize sales and operations analytics to increase functional effectiveness and efficiency. In this role, the Sales Operations Analyst will deliver data analytics packages for key customer meetings such as Strategy Consultation, Strategic Business Review, and Renewal Calls. This involves collecting, identifying, analyzing, and disseminating information that clearly demonstrates achieved customer value, potential customer value, and ROI from eControl's products and services. The analyst will also highlight potential customer risks or opportunities, develop messaging and talk tracks, and train stakeholders and customer-facing team members on how to best use the data analytics packages. The analyst will partner with and support attorneys and sales team members who own and drive the customer relationship, soliciting critical input and feedback from customer-facing attorneys, sales team members, and leadership. They will develop and recommend new analytics and talk tracks to showcase eControl's value and impact to customers, and work with cross-functional colleagues to effectively support new and existing customers. This includes designing and implementing customer-relevant analytics into the Precision platform, coordinating data sharing across teams and systems, and educating stakeholders on how to interpret and use analytics and insights. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies for continual improvement and evolution of sales operations data analytics packages, as well as delivering executive-ready sales operations data analytics packages for leadership and board meetings.
