About the position

Precision eControl provides integrated solutions to help brands control the sales of their products in the age of eCommerce. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing customer-specific analytics and insights aimed at accelerating revenue growth across various channels, including customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. This position is pivotal in enhancing sales and operations analytics to improve functional effectiveness and efficiency. The analyst will be responsible for delivering data analytics packages for key customer meetings, such as Strategy Consultations, Strategic Business Reviews, and Renewal Calls. This involves collecting, identifying, analyzing, and disseminating information that clearly demonstrates achieved customer value, potential customer value, and ROI from eControl's products and services. Additionally, the analyst will highlight potential customer risks or opportunities and develop messaging and training for stakeholders and customer-facing team members on utilizing these analytics packages effectively. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and customer-facing teams to establish benchmarks and targets relevant to customers. The analyst will partner with attorneys and sales team members to support customer relationships and solicit critical feedback from customer-facing attorneys, sales team members, and leadership. They will also be responsible for developing and recommending new analytics and talk tracks to showcase eControl's value and impact to customers. Furthermore, the analyst will implement, measure, and enhance tools used to deliver data analytics packages, coordinate data sharing across teams and systems, and educate internal and external stakeholders on interpreting and utilizing analytics and insights. The position also involves developing and implementing strategies for continual improvement and evolution of sales operations data analytics packages, as well as delivering executive-ready analytics packages for leadership and board meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data analytics packages for key customer meetings such as Strategy Consultation, Strategic Business Review, and Renewal Calls.
  • Collect, identify, analyze, and disseminate information demonstrating achieved customer value, potential customer value, and ROI from eControl's products and services.
  • Highlight potential customer risks or opportunities through data analysis.
  • Develop messaging and talk tracks; train stakeholders and customer-facing team members on using data analytics packages effectively.
  • Work with stakeholders and customer-facing teams to develop benchmarks and targets relevant for customers.
  • Partner with attorneys and sales team members to support customer relationships.
  • Solicit critical input/feedback from customer-facing attorneys, sales team members, and leadership.
  • Develop and recommend new analytics and talk tracks to showcase eControl's value and impact to customers.
  • Partner with attorneys, sales, and product management to design and implement customer-relevant analytics into the Precision platform.
  • Implement, measure, and enhance tools used to deliver data analytics packages.
  • Coordinate data sharing across teams and systems.
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on interpreting and using analytics and insights.
  • Develop and implement strategy and process for continual improvement and evolution of sales operations data analytics packages.
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready sales operations data analytics packages for leadership and board meetings.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in deriving insights from structured and unstructured data sources and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience using SQL and Power BI to develop customer-facing reporting solutions.
  • Experience in creating complex Power BI datasets and dashboards.
  • Experience with data sourcing, data cleansing, and data preparation.
  • Experience with Big Data concepts, tools, and architecture (data warehousing, data lakes, etc.).
  • Ability to distill complex technical analysis into straightforward insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to leverage data visualization tools to present key insights to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
