Responsibilities

  • Managing the process of creating and sending quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborating with departments to process and track purchase orders, ensuring fulfillment accuracy.
  • Working with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing from customers, including resolving billing inquiries.
  • Developing initiatives to accelerate the sales cycle and improve sales performance.
  • Overseeing projects related to purchase orders, quoting, accounts receivable, and contracts.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to analyze sales performance and create accurate forecasts.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales operations or sales analysis, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Writing and speaking in Japanese is preferred.
