Daily responsibilities include following existing Statements of Work (SOWs) to triage open requests across multiple queues, documenting current processes, building and leading training sessions for cross-functional partners, and identifying root causes of defects within existing systems and processes. The role demands solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment while also being capable of working independently under high-pressure conditions. Balancing speed and accuracy in managing various tasks and processes is paramount. The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide tactical written and verbal communication to internal stakeholders, create weekly reports, and work within time constraints to meet critical business needs. Additionally, the coordinator will lead initiatives to re-engineer business processes, systematically escalate problems, and ensure resolutions are delivered effectively. This position is integral to developing performance metrics that drive business results and scoping out business and functional requirements to streamline processes.
