The Sales Operations Coordinator position at CSPi Technology Solutions is a pivotal role that manages essential sales support functions to enhance the productivity of the sales force. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales training, and the implementation of sales programs. The Sales Operations Coordinator is tasked with ensuring the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Advanced Technologies, this position requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and priorities within the sales organization. In this role, the Sales Operations Coordinator will coordinate sales forecasting and develop strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals. A key responsibility is to proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales processes. The coordinator will ensure that all sales organization objectives are assigned promptly and will review market analyses to assess customer needs, pricing schedules, and discount rates. Additionally, the coordinator will identify opportunities for sales process improvement, assisting sales management in recognizing process bottlenecks and inconsistencies, and facilitating continuous process improvement initiatives. The position also involves preparing comprehensive sales reports that detail sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion. The Sales Operations Coordinator will recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in developing new reporting tools as necessary. Monitoring compliance with required standards for maintaining Salesforce data is another critical aspect of this role, as is working closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm's technology investments. Furthermore, the coordinator will coordinate training for the sales organization, act as a liaison between the sales department and other related units, and represent CSPi at tradeshows and events. Input to senior leadership regarding the development and administration of sales incentive programs is also part of the responsibilities, along with directing and supporting the consistent implementation of company initiatives and building strong internal relationships with key management personnel.
