About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator for Flexible Pipe Systems (FPS) is a key role within the Oilfield Equipment Team, responsible for supporting the Order to Cash Sales Team Lead and assisting with various sales operations tasks. This position focuses on ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable processes, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining data integrity across commercial systems. The coordinator will also engage in sales productivity analysis and support the RMA and credit processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Order to Cash Sales Team Lead with assigned activities.
  • Support AR processors with day-to-day transaction processing questions and problems.
  • Manage tasks related to A/R billings, adjustments, write-offs, disputes, and short-payments.
  • Conduct timely research on disputes and credits escalated by collections analysts.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system.
  • Support the RMA and credit process.
  • Analyze sales force effectiveness and productivity, including resource allocation and territory coverage.
  • Lead commercial planning and forecasting efforts, including Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes.
  • Maintain and clean data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs).
  • Handle standardized products with predefined options and provide client advice as needed.
  • Contribute to pricing and conditions based on predefined contract frameworks.
  • Define customer approach autonomously and handle targeted clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance from an accredited university or college.
  • 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Project Managers.
  • 1 year of experience working with a CRM, such as Salesforce.
  • 1 year of experience working with an ERP, preferably Oracle.
  • Previous experience in the accounting industry is highly preferred.
