About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department. This position is essential for the smooth functioning of sales operations, particularly in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Process all EDI sales orders
  • Process and coordinate large chain orders and warehouse orders
  • Maintain information and prepare reports as directed
  • Utilize software system (OnBase) to scan delivery invoices and pickups for record keeping
  • Collect and provide necessary materials for audits: internal; independent; customer history, TABC; sales audits
  • Process and log sales representatives' deliveries, and maintain records of deliveries for audit
  • Responsible for the order and distribution of office/janitorial supplies
  • Files and maintains correspondence and other records
  • Provides relief coverage for receptionist duties, where needed

Requirements

  • 3+ months of clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High level of attention to detail/accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Customer-service oriented
  • High school diploma
  • Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorships are not available.
