About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator position is an immediate opportunity for an individual to join a rapidly growing company located in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting. The coordinator will be responsible for processing all EDI sales orders and coordinating large chain orders as well as warehouse orders. Attention to detail is crucial, as the coordinator will need to maintain information and prepare reports as directed by management. In addition to order processing, the Sales Operations Coordinator will utilize the OnBase software system to scan delivery invoices and pickups for record-keeping purposes. This role also involves collecting and providing necessary materials for various audits, including internal audits, independent audits, customer history, TABC, and sales audits. The coordinator will log sales representatives' deliveries and maintain records of these deliveries for audit purposes. The position also includes responsibilities for ordering and distributing office and janitorial supplies, filing and maintaining correspondence and other records, and providing relief coverage for receptionist duties when needed. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires the individual to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Process all EDI sales orders
  • Process and coordinate large chain orders and warehouse orders
  • Maintain information and prepare reports as directed

Requirements

  • 3+ months of clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High level of attention to detail/accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Customer-service oriented
  • High school diploma
