The Sales Operations Coordinator at KFDA plays a crucial role in facilitating digital delivery and reporting for Gray Digital Media. The coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to solve problems and create effective solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person for Digital Delivery and Reporting with Gray Digital Media.
• Act as a gateway to digital order entry and fulfillment.
• Enhance the Sales Team's understanding of the specifics they are ordering and ensure proper delivery.
• Work with GDM to problem solve and create meaningful solutions to meet client needs.
• Performance Modeling & Reporting.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Billing and Invoicing Oversight.
• Contract Management & Support.
• Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution.
• Order Processing and Follow-through.
• Support and Leadership for sales events.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft's Office Suite applications, particularly Excel.
