Noble House Hotels & Resorts is excited to welcome a new Sales Operations Coordinator to support four of our properties located in San Diego: Estancia La Jolla, San Diego Mission Bay Resort, Kona Kai San Diego, and L'Auberge Del Mar. This position is based at our San Diego Mission Bay Resort property. The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that the operational and financial aspects of the San Diego Sales & Marketing POD teams are managed in a timely and organized manner. This position works closely with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales Leadership team at our San Diego properties, providing a broad range of administrative support functions. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor requests, as well as maintaining the Sales & Marketing POD Travel & Training Calendar. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in the sales process as needed and oversee the Gift Certificate program for all four properties. This role may also involve miscellaneous projects as assigned, requiring a proactive approach and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
