About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator is a vital role within a rapidly growing beauty and cosmetics company, responsible for managing sales orders, tracking samples, and ensuring timely product delivery. This position requires a highly organized individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, effectively coordinating between sales, production, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders for purchase orders.
• Maintain and update the master sheet, track PP and TOP samples, and ensure follow-up on all orders.
• Coordinate the drop-off and shipment of samples.
• Order and distribute price tickets for production orders.
• Serve as the link between Sales, Production, and Logistics.

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and order management systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Visio.
