The Sales Operations Coordinator at Amazon Freight plays a crucial role in optimizing business strategies through data analytics and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Generate insights through cleaning data, creating analytics and data mining.
• Implement strategic projects to formalize and scale organizational processes.
• Develop quantified views of inputs and outputs then implement and scale ideas.
• Contribute to, develop, and construct models to drive annual and quarterly financial plans and goals.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership in building mechanisms.
• Develop a deep understanding of business metrics and reporting tools to provide actionable intelligence.
• Contribute to program goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to help team achieve objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing business strategies or processes and lead the changes using your business acumen and data.
• Build data reports and dashboards to enable achievement of business efficiency and tangible outcomes across critical processes.
• Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of performing data analysis in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Quick Sight and using SQL through ETL Jobs and dashboard creation.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data mining and sales data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with sales strategy and analytics.
