About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator at Risk Mitigation Consulting (RMC) plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of the company's commercial cybersecurity services. This position involves managing communication with customers, maintaining the CRM system, scheduling meetings, coordinating proposals, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Cybersecurity Strategy & Operations to enhance operational processes and contribute to the expansion of RMC's services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between sales teams, customers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by updating customer information, tracking sales progress, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to streamline processes and remove operational roadblocks.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documents, presentations, and meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by communicating requirements, managing the process and timelines, and communicating expectations.
  • Monitor and track progress against performance metrics and deliver regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure all sales processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies to accelerate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, create and enhance sales collateral, and create and deliver presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations, sales support, or customer success role.
  • Proficiency in sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in scheduling, coordinating meetings, and supporting cross-functional teams.
