About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator at Yoto will play a crucial role in the Operations team, focusing on back-office sales order coordination. This position involves monitoring and troubleshooting issues in automated processing, maintaining back-office systems, and enhancing customer service through attention to detail and feedback to management. The coordinator will work closely with both the US and global Operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience during the ordering and delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor orders received through sales platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and EDI.
  • Perform systems housework by checking the ERP (NetSuite) and platform integration system (Celigo) for errors and correcting them.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Yoto Commercial team and wholesale/retail customers to ensure successful fulfillment of B2B orders.
  • Liaise with 3rd party fulfillment companies regarding sales order issues.
  • Process corrective actions such as credits and refunds for customers.
  • Check and curate accuracy across all webshops and platforms.
  • Assist in the development of Shopify B2B platforms.
  • Process staff, partner, and direct sales orders, and support the Sales Operations Manager as needed.
  • Circulate reports to internal teams as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales operations role.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus back office maintenance and curation, especially B2B.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in high volume, fast-moving, automated sales order administration.
  • Demonstrable experience in team, policy, and process development with excellent attention to detail.
  • Openness to automation and proactive involvement in system improvements.
  • A service-driven attitude towards work, ensuring the best service possible to all customers.
  • Comfortable working remotely using various cloud-based software solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple departments.
  • Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel with proven ability to manipulate data (e.g., Pivot tables, vlookups).
  • Good Google Suite/Workplace knowledge.
