About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator at Boelter is a full-time position focused on providing essential system support for the sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the sales team can effectively utilize their suite of sales tools, particularly HubSpot, to enhance lead generation and management. The coordinator will act as the main point of contact for various sales operations initiatives, including lead scoring, qualification setup, and automated lead routing for the Foodservice division. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues that the sales team may encounter, ensuring that they can operate efficiently and effectively. In addition to supporting lead generation efforts, the Sales Operations Coordinator will manage trade show lead lists and assist in training new associates on HubSpot requirements. The role also involves creating reporting dashboards and implementing sales reporting via various CRM platforms, including Smartsheets and PowerBI. The coordinator will be responsible for administering customer feedback surveys and developing procedures to convert customers to digital online ordering, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Operations to support HubSpot lead generation executed by the marketing team.
  • Manage trade show lead list workflows and lead routing for the Foodservice division.
  • Assist with training new associates on HubSpot requirements and pipelines.
  • Address HubSpot questions and configuration requests, including deal pipelines and templates.
  • Test and execute new HubSpot integrations and initiatives.
  • Configure HubSpot Automation to support corporate strategies and sales workflows.
  • Administer foodservice customer feedback surveys and report responses.
  • Create reporting dashboards based on corporate sales strategies and assist in sales reporting via CRM platforms.
  • Implement onboarding procedures and training platforms for the Foodservice division.
  • Develop procedures to convert new and existing customers to digital online ordering.
  • Troubleshoot and find efficiencies in Boelter's suite of sales tools to improve productivity for the sales team.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes, methods, and quality while reducing costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred, or 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, AutoQuotes, and PowerBI is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of email and work autonomously.
