About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator at Amazon Freight plays a crucial role in optimizing revenue planning and data analytics to enhance business efficiency and drive sales strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as the coordinator will influence leadership decisions and shape overarching business strategies through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Generate insights through cleaning data, creating analytics and data mining
  • Implement strategic projects to formalize and scale organizational processes
  • Develop quantified views of inputs and outputs then implement and scale ideas
  • Contribute to, develop, and construct models to drive annual and quarterly financial plans and goals
  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership in building mechanisms
  • Develop a deep understanding of business metrics and reporting tools to provide actionable intelligence
  • Contribute to program goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to help team achieve objectives
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing business strategies or processes and lead the changes using your business acumen and data
  • Build data reports and dashboards to enable achievement of business efficiency and tangible outcomes across critical processes
  • Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance, driving the rhythm of business
  • Quickly deliver on ad-hoc data analysis requests

Requirements

  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of performing data analysis in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Quick Sight and using SQL through ETL Jobs and dashboard creation
