About the position

The Sales Operations Coordinator at Wipotec-OCS plays a vital role in supporting the sales and business development activities within the Healthcare and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. This position focuses on enhancing the efficiency of sales processes, managing sales data, and providing essential administrative support to the sales teams. The coordinator will centralize sales operations, ensuring that the sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and insights to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
  • Organize regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and aligned with company goals.
  • Administer the CRM system and other sales tools, providing support and training to the sales team for optimal usage.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting to allow the sales team to focus on selling.
  • Review and approve expense reports submitted by the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for the sales team, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standardized sales workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales team.
  • Oversee the lead management system, ensuring timely capture, tracking, and distribution of leads to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to assist in the development and execution of sales strategies based on data analysis and market insights.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with expense management and travel booking is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in travel planning.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
