About the position

The Sales & Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments. This position is responsible for managing sales orders, tracking inventory levels, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process sales orders from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels meet sales demands.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and operational processes.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or operations support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
